Communication
Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)
Email newsletters are a simple way to keep your club community informed. You might share volunteer spotlights, coach updates, president messages, player profiles or sponsor features.
All email communication must follow the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including consent, clear identification and an easy unsubscribe option. Unsubscribe requests must be actioned within five business days.
For more information, visit the Australian Communications and Media Authority website.
Social Media
The PFL marketing team uses the built-in editing tools on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to create/edit reels, and also uses CapCut for additional effects and features. You can download CapCut here and learn more about the app here.
Marketing and Promotion
The PFL offers clubs the option to use Xero as their accounting software, with the PFL covering the cost and the system managed by a third-party provider (Digit). The PFL does not have access to any club financial records. Clubs can use the base chart of accounts provided, or use their own if they prefer.
If clubs wish to take up this offer, they are welcome to contact any PFL staff member or email pfl@perthfootball.com.au
