Bullcreek Leeming Football Club was established in 1980 and is a proud B Grade community club that strives for success both on and off the field and is seeking a Colts Coach for the 2021 season.

Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the Club’s Colts team by providing strong coaching it is equally important for the role to continue to develop the strong culture within the football club, leadership within the club and local community develop players skills, football knowledge, self-esteem and fostering relationships with our junior club.

The successful applicant will work with the Club’s senior coach Kyle Hardingham by way of ongoing mentoring and review, adopting philosophies and implementing game plans and training programs.

Bullcreek Leeming Football Club invites applications for the following Coaching role for the 2021 Perth Football League season:

Colts Coach – B Grade (Drew Banfield)

Qualifications:
Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
Current Working with Children

Experience:
Coaching experience at a Junior and Development level
Previous involvement within an amateur sporting environment preferred

Necessary Qualities:
Sound football and coaching background
Demonstrated leadership and communications skills
Proven ability to develop and improve player skills
Commitment to driving a club culture
Planning and organisation skills
Ability to collaborate and work with others
