The Carlisle Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for numerous coaching positions for season 2025.

Carlisle Football Club was established in 1962 and is a proud community club within the Town of Victoria Park that strives for success both on and off the field and is seeking C2 League, C2 Reserves, Colts, E3S and Women’s C3 coaches for the 2025 season.

Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the respective teams by providing a clear game plan & structure, it is equally important for the role to continue to develop the strong culture within the football club and leadership within the club & local community. Coaches must also have a passion to develop players skills, have sound football knowledge, strong self-esteem and is eager to foster relationships with our junior clubs.

The coach key attributes:

• Candidates will be required to have as a minimum level 1 coaching certificate.
• Coaching experience at senior level preferred but not a necessity.
• Previous experience with an amateur sporting environment preferred.
• Ability to contribute to the development of players skill and personal growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to drive our one club culture.

Applications in the form of a covering letter, full CV of football experience and a maximum of one double sided A4 page summarising their coaching & engagement strategies, game style and basic training plan (LEAGUE APPLICATIONS ONLY - simple dot points/tables are sufficient – detailed explanations are not required).
