Job Title: Women’s B Grade Football Coach

Location: Scarborough Football Club

Contract Type: Fixed Term (2025 PFL Football Season)

Scarborough Football Club is seeking a passionate and dedicated Women’s B Grade Coach to lead our B Grade women’s side and foster a culture of inclusion, success, and development. We are looking for someone who embodies our vision to be the top A-Grade club, enhancing player capabilities while nurturing a collaborative club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Development: Oversee and implement the coaching program for the B Grade women’s team, focusing on player development and well-being.
• Training: Prepare and execute training plans at least twice a week, providing constructive feedback and maintaining a review process for players.
• Match Day Operations: Develop and communicate team strategies, ensuring effective coaching and player communication on match days.
• Player Recruitment: Actively recruit and retain players, particularly from the junior club, and run integration sessions for year 11/12 girls.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the Scarborough Junior Football Club and the broader community.
• Club Ambassador: Represent the club positively, working collaboratively with the committee and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching or playing football, particularly at an amateur level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and enjoyable environment for players.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the club.
