The Bullcreek Leeming Football Club (BLFC) is seeking expressions of interest for a Women’s Reserves Coach to help develop and grow our Women’s Football Program within the Perth Football League (PFL).

Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the Women’s second team, they will also be involved with training and planning under the tutelage of the Club's Women’s Senior coach.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Assisting Women’s Senior coach in development and implementation of football program
• Player retention and recruitment

Desired qualifications;

• Sound football and coaching background
• Demonstrated leadership and communications skills
• Working with Children Check

Preferred Experience;

• Previous involvements within an amateur sporting environment
