INAUGURAL HEAD COACH

Joondalup Kinross Junior Football Club and Joondalup Jets are seeking expressions of interest for the inaugural Head Coach of the Joondalup Colts team for the 2027 season.

This exciting partnership will provide an additional Colts football opportunity for players within our local community while strengthening youth football in the Joondalup region. The program will create another quality option for players looking to continue their football journey at Colts level.

Why coach the inaugural Colts?

• Lead and shape the culture of a brand-new Colts program.
• Play a key role in establishing a sustainable Colts team for future seasons.
• Help develop and mentor young footballers during an important stage of their football journey.
• Work collaboratively with both Joondalup Kinross JFC and Joondalup Jets.
• Be supported by both clubs with recruitment, administration and football operations.

The successful applicant will:

• Assist throughout 2026 with player recruitment, engagement and planning ahead of the inaugural 2027 season.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Have experience coaching Colts or youth football (preferred).
• Foster a positive, inclusive and development-focused team environment.
• Be committed to establishing a successful and sustainable Colts program.

The Joondalup Colts will be based at Windermere Oval.
