Fremantle C.B.C saw themselves up against Ocean Ridge in the first round of the 2025 Budget PFL Finals Series.

Freo C.B.C answered strongly, adding a 3rd goal, then a behind, and capped off a dominant quarter by slotting their 4th goal to head into the break well on top.
Fremantle C.B.C carried their momentum into the 2nd quarter, opening with a goal and a behind before adding their 6th goal and a 4th behind. Their dominance continued with 2 more consecutive goals, followed by a 9th goal to extend their lead further. Ocean Ridge managed to steady late, closing out the quarter with 2 back-to-back behinds, but it was a slow first half for them as Fremantle controlled the play and held all the momentum heading into halftime.
Ocean Ridge opened the 2nd half with renewed energy, registering a behind before quickly following up with their 2nd goal of the match. It was Kelmscott versus Kingsway in the Life Without Barriers Integrated Men’s A Division Grand Final.
