The win carried extra significance with two milestone games: Jack Drennan marked his 150th with three majors, while fellow 150-gamer Zac Thomas also featured. Benjamin Mansell led the goalkicking with four as the scoring spread across the ground.

The surprise result came at Collegians, where the second-bottom side stunned finals hopeful Swan Athletic 13.6 (84) to 7.5 (47) — just Collegians' second win of the season, but one that could prove invaluable in the fight to avoid relegation. Although inaccurate at times, Piara Waters controlled the contest from the outset, rewarding weeks of persistence and lifting them off the bottom of the ladder.

Swan Athletic kept pace with the competition's leading teams, defeating Kelmscott 11.7 (73) to 4.2 (26). Aimee Hiscock led the way with three goals, Zoe Parker kicked the first two majors of her season, and leading goalkicker Hayley Barker and captain Miescha Antunovich also hit the scoreboard.

Rossmoyne overcame a tough, defensive first half before pulling away from Warnbro for a 6.9 (45) to 1.1 (7) win, exploding with four unanswered third-term goals after just a point separated the sides at quarter-time. Amy Perejmibida starred with four majors, vice-captain Taylah York added another, and Georgie Cunningham celebrated her first senior goal.

Scarborough retained top spot despite an inaccurate afternoon in front of goal, defeating Bullcreek Leeming 3.10 (28) to 2.2 (14). Bullcreek Leeming's Jacinta Stevens added another to continue her remarkable season tally of 31, while vice-captain Brianna Berti, Libby Hubbard and Lola Moore all kicked majors for Scarborough.

Cooper Shord continued his remarkable season with five goals, drawing level with Joshua Elphick on 47 in the race for the league goalkicking title. Michael Hall, Oscar Smith and Andrew Tomich each added two for Thornlie, while Blake Lawton led Kwinana with three.

Wembley produced the biggest win of the C1 season, crushing Jandakot 22.19 (151) to 3.2 (20), all but sealing it before half-time with 15.9 (99). Josh Richards booted six to extend his lead in the goalkicking race to five majors, Joshua Sukuroski added five and Lachlan Martinis four, while Parker Williams and Campbell Rogers celebrated their first league goals for Wembley.
