Scarborough overran Baldivis in the second half to run out comfortable 12.10 (82) to 8.7 (55) winners. The margin reflected Scarborough's relentless pressure, laying 54 tackles to Baldivis' 50, earning a 20-8 free-kick advantage and converting 10 goals directly from turnovers. The contest was a tale of two halves. Baldivis led throughout the opening half before Scarborough emerged from the main break a different side, piling on 5.1 in the third quarter while holding Baldivis scoreless. North Beach laid 42 tackles to Kingsway's 36 and were particularly ferocious inside the defensive 50, winning that battle 15 tackles to 2, while also edging the clearance count 35-30. Kingsway's aerial work, however, was a notable strength — they out-marked North Beach 65-52, surprising against one of the competition's strongest marking sides. Frank Anderson, in his first game back since round 12, starred for North Beach with 30 disposals and 13 clearances, while returning forward Alexander Marklew picked up where he left off in round 10, with 5 goals. Leigh Kitchin added 21 disposals and 8 clearances through the midfield. The only goalkickers for the Hawks in 3.0, Amy Hunt with 17 disposals and a goal and Jasmin Barram, who kicked 2 goals from 13 disposals, provided a silver lining — if they get more sight of goals, they can trust they'll be put through the big sticks. Hamersley Carine's pressure numbers were genuinely impressive, leading pressure acts 38-14 and rebound 50s 23-10 with similar efficiency to Curtin Uni Wesley.

Quinns District claimed an important 4.4 (28) to 2.1 (13) victory over North Beach in a result that keeps the race for finals football alive. Quinns District's superior disposal count, 202 to 179, gave them control for large periods against North Beach, with Jamarah Walley the standout on 29 disposals, 3 clearances and 5 inside-50 entries. Michelle Smith chipped in with a goal and 6 hit-outs in a busy afternoon around the ground, while Olivia Earle's 14 disposals added further drive through the midfield. Kalamunda delivered the most emphatic win of the round, crushing Melville 25.12 (162) to 5.11 (41). Tyler Mouritz produced one of the individual performances of the season, kicking 13 goals — the biggest haul in Men's A or B Grade this year — to extend his lead atop the B Grade goal-kicking table. Michael De Gasperis also celebrated his 50th game in style with 2 goals as Kalamunda piled on 25 majors.

Cockburn Lakes continued its charge towards the top three with a convincing 15.15 (105) to 7.6 (48) victory over Collegians. Joshua Grant led the way with 5 goals to move into the competition's top four goal-kickers, while Lachlan Johnson added 3. Collegians battled through James McCormick and Oliver Pentony, who each kicked 3 goals, but couldn't match Cockburn Lakes' attacking depth.

West Coast strengthened its finals hopes with a comprehensive 16.16 (112) to 7.5 (47) win over Bullcreek Leeming. The home side controlled the contest from the opening bounce to create valuable breathing room inside the top five. Samuel Bevan kicked 4 goals to continue his strong recent form, Jackson Slater added 3, while Jack Turnbull celebrated his first senior goal of the season.

The Hawks, Max Dennis led the way with 4 goals, while Bonheur Cubahiro and Andrew Vawser each added 2. With Kwinana and Cockburn Cobras dropping points, the win may have been expected, but nonetheless important to their finals charge.

Thornlie showed why they have been so difficult to beat all season with a comprehensive win over Quinns District 15.12 (102) to 7.7 (49). After a competitive opening term, Thornlie took control with 12 goals across the final 3 quarters to consolidate third position. Ryan McAuliffe led up forward with 3 goals, with the ever-reliable Noah Vanderwiel chipping in for 2 majors, taking his total to 16 for the season.

Mosman Park continued its late-season resurgence with a 14.10 (94) to 7.10 (52) victory over Jandakot. Mosman Park's Thomas Smith again starred with 6 goals, extending his remarkable purple patch to 23 goals across his past 4 matches, while Joshua Barnett chipped in with 3 majors as Mosman Park secured back-to-back wins.

Ladder leaders Wanneroo were pushed harder than they have been for several weeks before pulling away late to defeat Cockburn Cobras 12.8 (80) to 9.5 (59). Cockburn Cobras held a 5-point lead at the final break before Wanneroo finished strongly with 4 unanswered goals. Wanneroo's Blake Baker, at the head of the comeback, kicked 4 goals, while Harrison Wain celebrated his first senior goal since debuting in Round 11. Despite the loss, Julian Hulten continued his outstanding season with another 5-goal haul.

Wembley recovered from a nightmare start to defeat Kwinana 8.11 (59) to 7.7 (49). Kwinana burst to a 25-7 quarter-time lead after Joshua Elphick kicked 3 early goals, but Wembley gradually worked its way back into the contest before taking control after half-time. Wembley's Josh Richards and Joshua Sukuroski each kicked 3 goals, while Elphick finished with 4 goals, and brother Harry Elphick got 2 goals.
