Kingsley gain confidence in their new grade

After being elevated from C1 last season, Kingsley have wasted no time proving they are a real contender in the B Grade competition. The Kingsley Cats spent five years in C1 before finishing the 2017 season as minor premiers with only three losses. They have continued that form into 2018 and now find themselves as the only team in B Grade to remain undefeated this season after six rounds.

WAAFL State U23's Program- Round 2 Invites

The following players are invited to attend this years State Under 23’s Program. These players have been identified by either their coach, club official, state coaching scout or other WAAFL official. A squad of 22 players will be chosen from this program to represent the WAAFL in a clash with the VAFA Under 23s in Melbourne on 7th July 2018.

A Grade There were some big percentage boosting wins for a few A Grade clubs in round four with Scarborough defeating Kalamunda by 100 points, Trinity Aquinas defeated A Grade newcomers Wanneroo by 105 points and University defeated Wembley by 64 points.

Nairn, Regan and Streeton celebrate significant umpiring milestones

WAAFL State U23's Program- Invited Players

The following players are invited to attend this years State Under 23’s Program. These players have been identified by either their coach, club official, state coaching scout or other WAAFL official. A squad of 22 players will be chosen from this program to represent the WAAFL in a clash with the VAFA Under 23s in Melbourne on 7th July 2018. Training will start at 630pm every Wednesday night from 9th May through to the 4th July at City Beach Oval.

Integrated State Player Nominations

The Integrated competition is sending a state team to the AFL National Inclusion Carnival in Tasmania from the 18th to 23rd June 2018. An invitation is extended to all WAAFL Clubs with Integrated Football Teams or Clubs yet to establish an Integrated Team but have players who may meet criteria to nominate them to attend the State Trials.
