Haslinger, or as he is more affectionally known around the club as ‘Stimpy’ started his amateur career in 1994 at Redcliffe AFC (now Belmont Districts). In 1996, Stimpy moved across to Coolbinia pre-merger club Osborne Districts in what was a kick start for a long-playing career. Since then, Stimpy has been a mainstay for the Club, despite attempting to retire many times.

Adam started playing junior football for the Lynwood Ferndale Junior Football Club when he was six years old, playing around 167 games. In 1990 the Lynwood Ferndale Junior Football Club amalgamated with the Lynwood Ferndale Amateur Football Club where Adam has been ever since.
