LEAGUE COACHING POSITION
The Willetton Football Club, also known as the Willo Blues, has a proud history having been formed 1976 and based in the heart of the City of Canning region, at Burrendah Reserve in Willetton. As the club moves into an exciting new period we are seeking to appoint a talented and driven coach to lead the development of our senior team in the PFL competition. For the past 3 years the club has been busy laying a strong foundation for the future, including:
We are now seeking that special individual who can translate the vision from the committee of management into strong onfield performance and positive results for the clubs members
The candidate will demonstrate excellent coaching experience and knowledge of Australian Rules Football and with the assistance of a fully resourced football operations department support and guide coaches and staff to ensure a
successful football program.
Additionally you should be aware that the management committee’s and the memberships vision is the Willetton Club is returning to its halcyon days of the 1970’s, through to the early 2000’s where the club won in excess of 20 flags and was a stable B grade club. To achieve this the club believes it must have stability in its coaching program so the successful applicant should be thinking of this opportunity as a medium to long term prospect

COLTS COACHING POSITION
The Willetton Football Club, also known as the Willo Blues, has a proud history having been formed 1976 and based in the heart of the City of Canning region, at Burrendah Reserve in Willetton. As the club moves into an exciting new period we are seeking to appoint a talented and driven coach to lead the development of our Colts Program in the PFL competition. For the past 4 years the Colts program has been with Ian Ashenhurst but Ian stepping down after a successful term the role is now open expressions of interest are sought from candidates who believe they have what it takes and what the club is looking for in terms of a long term big picture for the clubs future.
To be clear, We believe Colts are the lifeblood of every football club and without a dedicated Colts Program a club will wither. 2023 will see 16 Colts advancing to the Senior squads and an influx of upwards of 20 new players graduating from our affiliated junior clubs in the region, as well as other player recruitment initiatives unique to the Willetton Footy Club that have seen the list grow to around 40 players
