Are you passionate about Australian Rules Football and eager to make a positive impact? Bayswater Football Club, a proud member of the Perth Football League, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Men's, Women's and Colt’s coaches to join our vibrant club. Our club currently fields a men’s league and reserves side (C5, C5R), two women’s side (C2, C5) and are looking to reinstate a colt’s side for the 2024 season.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for men’s, women’s and colt’s coaches to join our club for the 2024 season. Your passion for the game, commitment to player development, and strong leadership skills are what matter most.

Effective candidates will assume vital leadership responsibilities throughout the club encompassing training sessions and game days. Coaches will collectively contribute to player recruitment and retention, facilitate skill enhancement, establish comprehensive preseason and in-season training regimes and create a strategic game plan and atmosphere that maximises their team’s competitive edge on the field. Proficiency in nurturing relationships and possessing a high degree of professional conduct is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

???? Develop and implement effective training programs. ???? Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. ???? Enhance player skills and football knowledge. ???? Provide guidance and motivation to players. ???? Collaborate with other coaching staff for overall club success.

Applicants will need to demonstrate, or be working towards - 

• Hold a minimum current Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation

Renumeration will be discussed with the preferred candidates.
