2024 Coaching Applications

Rossmoyne Amateur Football Club are seeking coaches for the 2024 Perth Football League Season. The club is looking to field 2 men’s teams in the C grade competition a mens Colts team, and 2 women’s teams with one in A grade and the other in C5 Reserves.

We are looking for the right coaches to help build on our 2023 season, which saw our mens League team make finals and both our women’s League and Reserves sides also make finals.

The Club is seeking to appoint coaches for the following sides for the 2024 season:

- C Grade Men’s League
- C Grade Men’s Reserves
- A Grade Womens
- C5 Grade Womens Reserves
- Mens Colts

Qualifications:

- Appropriate Coaching Accreditation (Can be obtained upon appointment)

- Working With Children Check (Required)

Candidates will be required to have, or be working towards, the following experience and skill set:

- Sound football and coaching background (at least 1-2 years coaching experience preferred, but not mandatory)

- Ability to contribute to the development of players’ skills, football knowledge & personal growth

- A willingness to actively participate in the recruitment of players

- Commitment to driving a club first culture across the entire playing group

- Proven planning and organisation skills

- Ability to communicate strongly with the playing group, football department (coaching group) and club executives.

- A strong desire for success.

Remuneration will be discussed at the interview stage. Applications close 13th October 2023 and will be strictly confidential.
