Job Description: We are seeking three (3) passionate and experienced Football Coaches to lead our Women’s, Men’s Reserves and Men’s Colts teams to success in 2025. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent planning & leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and develop players.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement club training programs that enhance player skills, fitness, and teamwork.
• Plan and conduct training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Provide strategic guidance and tactical advice during games.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Mentor and support players, helping them to achieve their personal and team goals.
• Collaborate with club management and other coaches to align on club objectives and strategies.
• Attend all training sessions, matches, and club events.

What you will bring:
• Previous coaching experience is highly regarded,
• Strong knowledge of AFL rules, strategies, and training techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that motivate and inspire players
• Relevant coaching certifications (Level 1 or higher preferred).
• Commitment to the values and culture of the Willetton Blues Football Club.
