The Coolbinia Amateur Football Club is seeking applicants for the following coaching positions for season 2025:

• Reserves Coach
• Thirds’ Coach

The successful applicant will display the following attributes:

a) Continue to build on the culture and values of Coolbinia AFC in being an inclusive and family orientated community football club.

b) Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation with a desire to participate in ongoing coaching development Prior coaching experience is desirable.

c) The ability to bring together a playing group and develop them to their full potential.

d) Ability to provide/obtain a suitable support network of assistant coaches.

e) Is a strong leader and displays applicable communication skills with a range of stakeholders.

f) Demonstrate a willingness to work with all teams and coaches.

g) Continue the strong development of the Coolbinia culture & environment, including a willingness to support the player pathway from Coolbinia & Mt Hawthorn Junior Football clubs.

h) Ability to recruit players in consultation with the Executive Committee.

i) Must have or be able to obtain a Working With Children’s Check.
