Cockburn Lakes Football Club is seeking passionate and skilled coaches to lead our:

• B Grade League Side
• Reserves
• Thirds Grade
• Colts

Following recent on-field success and strong growth as a club, we are looking to build on this momentum with dedicated leaders who can drive performance, development, and culture across our senior and colts programs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking coaches who bring more than just football knowledge. The ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Proven ability to coach AFL football at a competitive level
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire players and staff
• Commitment to mentoring and developing talent across all grades
• A collaborative approach that supports the ongoing growth of our club and community

Essential Criteria

• Credible coaching history at a similar or higher grade
• Certified AFL coaching accreditation (appropriate to the level applied for)
• Peer references demonstrating coaching, leadership, and character

Coaching Term

• 2026 season appointment
• Pre-season program expected to commence November 2025
