Senior Men’s | Women’s | Colts (new team for 2026!)

The Cottesloe Roosters are opening EOI’s for our Senior Men’s, Senior Women’s, and Colts coaching positions for the 2026 PFL season.

We’re a proud, community-based club with a strong history, a family-friendly culture, and a clear focus: play good footy, support each other, and keep growing our great club.

The Teams

Senior Men’s (C2 in 2026)
Fresh off promotion, our Men’s program is looking to build on a huge 2025. We need a coach who can bring structure, energy and leadership to help us compete strongly at the C2 level and keep developing the depth in our program.

Senior Women’s (C2)
Our Women’s side continues to grow each year, and 2026 sees us competing again in C2. We’re after a coach who’s passionate about developing female footballers, building team culture, and helping players take their game to the next level. You will ideally come from a background of coaching women’s footy and have an ability to bring talent to the club.

Colts (new in 2026)
This is an exciting new chapter for the Roosters. We’re launching our first Colts team in 2026 and are looking for the right coach to help establish the program, recruit new players, and lay the foundations for years to come.

About You

• AFL coaching accreditation (suitable level for the position you’re keen on).

• Strong communicator and natural leader.

• Coaching or playing experience a bonus, but passion and commitment just as important.

• A genuine interest in community footy and player development.

• Strong networks and an ability to attract new players to the club.
