The Bullcreek Leeming Football Club (BLFC) presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Women’s Coach to lead the next era of our Women’s Football Program within the Perth Football League (PFL).
Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the Senior Women’s team through strong coaching philosophies, it is equally important to drive Club culture, instilling strong leadership values within the Club and broader community.
Key Responsibilities include;
Create football program vision aligned with Club’s principles
Implement strategy and game plan
Player retention and recruitment
Develop and mentor coaches
Build relationship with Bullcreek Leeming Junior Football Cub (BLJFC) and WAFLW clubs.
Desired qualifications;
Bronze level accreditation through Play AFL framework
Sound football and coaching background
Demonstrated leadership and communications skills
Proven ability to develop and improve player skills and football knowledge
Working with Children Check
Preferred Experience;
Coaching background within the PFL
Previous involvements within an amateur sporting environment
